Joel has 24 years' experience in large scale technology projects - participating in every aspect from software development to systems architecture to project and program management. Over the last 22 years, Joel has primarily focused on projects within the insurance industry and formed New Ocean Solutions in early 2012 in order to provide practical guidance on technology strategy, solution architecture, software and service identification, evaluation and procurement and general sounding board advice to companies in the insurance industry.
